pop your comfort bubble

A fitness program for women who are ready to transform into their best self.

A woman with long dark hair and tattoos on her left arm and thigh, wearing a mauve halter top and black shorts, posing against a plain light gray background.

Everything you’ve ever wanted is outside your comfort bubble.

It’s easy to want a different life, body, or dream, but doing the uncomfortable things to change your reality is where most get stuck.

What’s scarier?

Making the change and becoming uncomfortable for a time being to create your dream life

or

Staying the same.

Baggy clothes were my staple every day. I wanted to hide my body. I felt so self-conscious and had low self-esteem. Had anxiety every time I was about to step on the scale. Any time I ate a dessert, I felt bad, and beat myself up later.

Picture this:

You go to your closet and pick out the clothes that are more form-fitting instead of the baggy t-shirt that hides your figure.

You go out to a restaurant and don’t beat yourself up if you go out for dessert after.

You put on your swimsuit and confidently walk on the beach.

You don’t get anxious when stepping on the scale.

Guess what?

A young woman with dark brown hair, fair skin, and tattoos on her left arm, sitting cross-legged on the floor against a plain white background. She is smiling, wearing a gray sleeveless hoodie, mauve sports bra, matching leggings, and white sneakers. She has a relaxed and confident pose.

That can be you. That can be your reality. You can live the life you’ve always wanted.

I used to hate the way I looked, felt, and didn’t think life would ever be different. I was able to completely change my life and I want to be able to help other women experience the amazing changes that I did.

MY WHY

I want to help women to be able to reach the highest version of themselves.

I am now the happiest, healthiest, strongest, and most confident self. Getting in shape not only changes your appearance, but it lowers your risk of heart disease (leading cause of death in the US), improves you mental health, helps form healthy habits, and for me personally, I feel unstoppable.

Life is too short to look in the mirror everyday not liking what you see, not feeling like yourself, and thinking there isn’t more out there for you.
